The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of relevant experience at a publishing house.
This role needs someone with all-around experience in areas like proficiency and comfort in working with both English and Hindi languages, editing and proofing of books and coordinating with typesetters while maintaining a schedule.
He/She should have a keen eye for detail and should have a reasonable awareness of the Hindi publishing industry.
