We are looking for dynamic people for the post of Editorial Manager.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Assisting all phases of editorial production, starting from simple ideas to publication
  • Allocating work to and liaisons with editors, typesetters, designers and authors
  • Coming up with unique ideas and strategies to enhance the ongoing and future editing procedures
  • Identifying new editorial resources
  • Ensuring that the content produced by the rest of the team adheres to the clients’ guidelines and preferences
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website to improve user experience
  • Candidate shall be required to prepare pitches for upcoming titles to be shared with concerned parties for promotion.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Creating and innovating strategies and content for social media promotion for upcoming projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in English, Journalism, Publishing or any associated field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of content management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work without additional supervision and provide help/training to other crew members

· Time management skills and sense of organization

· Ability to handle more than one project at the same time

· Familiarity with essential editorial tools (such as Grammarly), a thorough knowledge of MS Office, Acrobat reader, among others.

· Working days: Monday to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday working.

· Office timings: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

· This is a full-time role from an office premises based in Delhi.
