I have availed their services once for beta reading for my completed short stories and recently I leveraged their mentorship program run under the name Akira mentorship program.
The beta reader I was provided with gave me insights into the elements missing from my short stories. That not only improved the stories but also help me hone my skills.
With respect to their Akira mentorship program the guide shared relevant resources, heard what I wanted from my project, and guided me from time to time with useful insights all catered to my project needs. I was also given directions to where I may want my story to go and possible outline, web links that helped me access free resources from the web. They also shared books similar to my project to apprise me of what’s already present.
